At Elyra Jewels, every piece is handcrafted with love and care, making each item truly unique. Natural variations in stones or finishes are part of the charm and beauty of your one-of-a-kind jewelry. All products undergo strict quality checks before being shipped to you.
We accept returns and exchanges for online orders only in the following cases:
- If your order is damaged during shipping.
- If you receive the wrong product.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
How to Process a Return/Exchange:

- Share Photos: Send clear images of the damaged or incorrect product for review.
- Approval: Once our Quality Control team approves, we’ll guide you on how to return the product.
Refund Policy:
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
- If your package is lost in transit (when shipped by us).
- If we’re unable to offer a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.
We Do Not Offer Refunds For:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
- Deliveries to unsupported addresses (e.g., PO Boxes).
- Failed delivery attempts after multiple tries.
- Packages refused by the recipient.
- Sizing issues — Please refer to our size guide or contact us before ordering.
- Minor color or design variations — Due to the handcrafted nature and natural stones used, slight differences from website images are normal.
- Items that are worn, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Products that are not faulty or damaged.
Note: Each order is eligible for one exchange only, unless the replacement item arrives damaged in transit.
